1. Use of the App

Distilo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the application.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@distiloapp.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Distilo offers free and premium subscription tiers. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings. Refunds are handled per Apple's refund policy.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create within Distilo (recordings, notes, tasks, decisions). By using the app, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Using the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Uploading malicious content or interfering with the service's operation
• Reselling or commercially exploiting the service without permission

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Distilo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Distilo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
